Our family reunions are important milestones to our family's future and history (YATEStory). I ask that everyone contribute in the planning processes. Contributing could range from phone calls to dropping off documents in your city. This will ensure our continued success for future reunions. Please spread the word, and log into the video/ screen sharing session and/or participate in the conference call for the next meeting. The highlighted text denotes new updates and additional items throughout the summary.

2. On FRIDAY, 20 JUNE 2014 at 7 pm, call the conference Dial-in #: (559)546-1200 at the prompt, enter 653-084-247 then the # key.
3. YATES Family Reunion: even years; last weekend of July; the entire family
4. YATES Day: odd years; last Saturday of July; held for local YATES’ in each state
o Nothing restricts families from visiting other states to attend YATES Days
5. Family(ies): term describes one individual YATES or multiple YATES members.
6. Family Color: Light-blue
7. 2016 Reunion needs to be determined no later than the Saturday of 2014 Reunion
8. Being totally honest; Sunday calls changed to Saturdays because I miss football…lol

Intermittent Suggestions/Inquiries
· Next reunion locations should be voted upon during current reunion regardless of volunteers. Reunions without a volunteer coordinator, will default to the state of HOF.
· Non-Traditional Reunions: Family cruises and/or resort reunions are also options [i.e. anyone from any state who wishes to coordinate a cruise or other location such as ski trip in Colorado Springs (yet do not reside in Colorado) instead of a stateside/traditional state reunion]. This does not mean that the state from which the non-traditional reunion coordinator resides, is exempt from the next/near future reunion(s). These reunions can be coordinated by anyone from any state (i.e. someone from Kansas coordinating a reunion ski trip in Colorado Springs). Non-Traditional Reunions must be voted upon at the current reunion for the next reunion. Information regarding the suggested/desired non-traditional locations must be provided prior any current reunion. Due to some non-traditional reunions becoming pricy, planning and payment must occur almost immediately following current reunion to ensure the most family attendance (allowing nearly two years to complete payment of reunion).
